http://gtnf-2015.com/94438-buspirone-canada.html weigh A long time client asked if we “could shoot some family portraits in Detroit, something fun and cool”? Now, for anyone who has shot with me before, I would think they would already know the answer to this question. Fun? Cool? Family portraits in Detroit? I’m in! In fact, “I’m that guy!” Just see the “My Story” page of this site and you’ll understand what I mean. We don’t just use the phrase “When Ordinary Photography Just Won’t Do!” as a tag line around here. We use it as a mantra! Working with clients on fun and adventurous portrait sessions is definitely an all in, we would love to type of thing around here. Can we shoot some family portraits in Detroit, something fun and cool? You bet we can!
http://langemotokeskus.com/et/page/5/ So here is what we came up with. We decided that we would start out shooting in the graffiti covered walls in the MexicanTown area of Detroit. Some of the art is just incredible and we knew it would make a great colorful background for a fun family portrait session. The kids first set of outfits were a fun urban/ hip hop style and fit the theme perfectly. Throughout the session the kids were posed, but encouraged to be themselves at the same time. This makes for a lot more fun during the session. These kids had me in stitches!
The next location in our family portrait adventure took us around the corner to the front of the long abandoned Michigan Central Station. Thankfully, they are finally starting rehab work on the historical old train station. It’s nice to see the city coming back to life. For this scene, vintage was to be the theme. Vintage family portraits in Detroit, you say? Out of this world cool and fun, I say! A quick tip for any photo session, wardrobe is incredibly important. Especially in a themed family portrait session like this, but rest assured, great wardrobe choices makes for better portraits period! The red couch is a favorite prop at Tony Lafferty Photography and was a great addition to the session as was the vintage luggage. It’s all about the details people. Please feel free to leave me a comment below letting me know what you think of these family portraits in Detroit.
